We’re now official Idaho residents. We passed the driver’s license test and got our licenses and our cars are all registered in Idaho (“Famous Potatoes”!). We even registered to vote and voted in the election last week at a small elementary school about 10 miles from our property.

We’ve had an issue with the dogs wandering all over the country. They’re having a great time finding deer and elk bones and bringing them back to chew on. The area looks like a boneyard. But the problem is that some area property owners don’t appreciate dogs on their property (they’re afraid they’ll chase deer or other animals). So we’ve had to build an enclosure fence around the kennel that the dogs have to stay in when we’re not out working and observing them. Mary built most of fence with helpful (?) advice from Stan.
