We closed on the sale of our home in Utah on Monday, August 8, and we haven’t yet closed on the land purchase in Idaho, so we’re temporarily (we hope!) homeless! Of course, even after we close on the land purchase, we still won’t have a “home” if by that you mean “a house in which to live.” Instead, we’ll be living in our trusty RV until our tiny home is built and delivered. Meanwhile, we look like a scene out of “Grapes of Wrath”. All we need is Grandma Joad and her rocking chair, and maybe a mattress tied to the top of the truck!

This is the morning after a 16-hour drive from Utah and before unloading.
