As the home has been being shown, we’ve left notes for prospective buyers to see. For example, we taped one to the inside of the front door that they would see as they left, encouraging them to walk across the cul-de-sac and visit the Cherry Village Community Park. Mary wrote one telling about some of our favorite things about the house and Cherry Village. And then, today, the new buyers had a walkthrough of the house. I’m not real sure what the purpose of a walkthrough is, maybe to check out any items the home inspector found. Anyway, below is a photo of the note we left for the walkthrough and their response:
